SHARED WISDOM:

WISDOM #1 Friendship is like a muscle, not a bank account.

It grows when we depend on it. We can both offer and accept generosity to strengthen friendship.

WISDOM #2 Friendship can grow stronger if both parties exercise the exchange of help.

Often, help serves as a form of expressing love.

WISDOM #3 Letting go of the future that you had in mind is a lot harder than accepting the present.

To overcome a transition, we can often notice the future that we projected, and recognize the potential future that we can make.
