SHARED WISDOM:

WISDOM #1 Listen to your gut and take big leaps.

Your gut can prove that it knows better than your brain.

WISDOM #2 In following your gut, there are two competing ideas.

First, resilience and commitment come with continuing resolve. Second, leave when you should.
Stick somewhere only because it’s helping you grow where you want to grow. Otherwise, you may grow into something you don’t want to be.

WISDOM #3 Sleep is the root of influencing everything in our lives.

Whether it is about productivity, mood, health issues, energy, or making decisions. Sleep is something so many people struggle with, and if we can do something to help us get enough sleep, we can see amazing changes in our lives.
