SHARED WISDOM:

WISDOM #1 Silence is powerful in relationships.

On the worst day of our lives, the people we want to share our space with are often the people we don’t have to talk to. We don’t have to entertain them nor look smart, we can just be ourselves.

WISDOM #2 When you want to build a team connection, employees physically need time to have conversations that will allow them to share life struggles.

WISDOM #3 When we’re disappointed or want to celebrate, our emotional reality is determined by our expectations in our heads.
